What a successful pull-up day! All of you kids were so impressive. And just wait until we clean your form up even more! We won't be able to get you off the bars!

AMRAP in 7 Minutes:
5 Pull-Ups (Ring Rows, Kipping, Jumping)
10 Push-Ups
15 Squats
then...
3 x 100m Spints for Time
GAME:
CrossFit DodgeBall
Getting hit with the following Balls have the following penalties:
- Soccer Ball - 5 Buprees
- FootBall - 10 Mountain Climbers
- BaseBall - 6 Sit-Ups
You should all be so proud of the great job all of you did on Saturday. I know I am! I'm so thrilled to be able to work with you all. I was so proud of your determination to finish so many rounds of CF Baseball and that you did all of your reps so clean. Your effort at the end of the day on the Max Pull-Up Bar Hang was outstanding! It was obvious how hard you all tried to stick on that bar even though it was so slippery! All of us grown ups were beaming with Pride.

CrossFit Baseball:
In Two Teams for 10 Minutes:
Score 1 Point for your team eachTime you Pass Home Base:
1st Base - 5 Burpees
2nd Base - Dot Drill 5 Times
3rd Base - 5 Lateral Jumps over a plate
from 3rd to 4th base.. Balance Beam Walk
4th Base (HOME) - 5 PERFECT Squats to Score. .. They will be judged to perfection to get your point!
