Crab Walk Across the Gym!

Rope Climb Practice

  9. I had an awesome time today! I felt so sore from Monday's workout; I guess it just shows that it was a good one! :) Today’s workout was fun! My WOD time was probably around 5 minutes or so! (I don’t know for sure we didn't have a timer) but I am very very proud with my approximated time! ;) My favorite part of today’s workout was handstand kick-ups. The reason I liked the handstand kick-ups was that I felt like I was doing a real handstand! haha! Thank you so much Miss Allison for coming up for another hard and exciting workout!! <3
