Variations


Three of our CrossFit Obsession Kids Athletes demonstrating different variations of the handstand. Great Job, Kids!

Warm-Up:
400m Team MedBall Carry and Run!

Skill:
Front Squat
Press

WOD:
CrossFit Baseball:
In Two Teams for 10 Minutes:
Score 1 Point for your team eachTime you Pass Home Base:
1st Base - 5 Burpees
2nd Base - Dot Drill 5 Times
3rd Base - 5 Lateral Jumps over a plate
from 3rd to 4th base.. Balance Beam Walk
4th Base (HOME) - 5 PERFECT Squats to Score. .. They will be judged to perfection to get your point!

Max Hang from the Pull-Up Bar

  1. Today was a great morning for CrossFit! It was very hot but I survived! haha! I got 5 rounds in CrossFit Baseball! My favorite part was the dot drills because they are kind of like what you do on those dance machines! Today I even got a scraped knee so now I am a true CrossFit Member lol! :) Thank you Miss Allison for making CrossFit so much fun <3
